Effective Date: April 2026. This legal document governs the operational agreements and boundaries for the Media Management Toolkit, maintained by its parent company CyberCraft Digital.
1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing the Media Management Toolkit software and its centralized dashboard interfaces, you signify your unreserved agreement to be inherently bound by these overarching Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the complete stipulations outlined below, you must not use or procure licensing for this service infrastructure.
! Authorized Data Ownership & Anti-Piracy
CyberCraft Digital firmly mandates strict legal compliance regarding data processing parameters.
Zero-Tolerance Piracy Policy
You must solely use the Toolkit to process, edit, and compress media files which you natively own or hold explicit, overarching legal authorization to modify.
Under our rigid enforcement rules, we actively block and definitively refuse to process any files universally flagged as copyrighted illegitimately, or known to induce overarching copyright infringements or software piracy.
3 Service Liabilities
The Media Management Toolkit is provided strictly "as is" and actively disclaims all warrantees of uninterrupted performance. While we rigorously engineer fail-safes during batch compression algorithms or metadata schemas, CyberCraft Digital shall not be held explicitly liable for any data loss, workflow corruption, or collateral system interruptions caused by incorrect software usage.
4 User Conduct & Termination
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Media Management Toolkit. Users attempting to manipulate API rates, deploy automated scraping scripts against our license verifiers, or bypass licensing constraints will face immediate account termination without refund and may be subject to legal action.
5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberCraft Digital, its affiliates, and engineers from any claims, liabilities, damages, operational losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your unauthorized access to or violation of these Terms.
6 Modifications to Terms
CyberCraft Digital reserves the right, at our complete operational discretion, to modify or seamlessly replace these Terms at any time. Significant material changes will be broadcasted to active license holders via their registered secure email address prior to taking effect.
