Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how CyberCraft Digital collects and processes information across the Media Management Toolkit ecosystem.
0 Legal Entity & Business Information
Media Management Toolkit is a product and service operated by CyberCraft Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in India and owned by Vijay Kumar Prajapati.
Throughout this website, the terms “Media Management Toolkit”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CyberCraft Digital.
This Privacy Policy explains how Media Management Toolkit(“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.
1 Information We Collect
We built our platform around minimal data extraction. When purchasing or using the Media Management Toolkit, we strictly aggregate the baseline necessary data required to actively securely run the application:
- Email Addresses: We seamlessly collect your email address only to correctly authenticate and securely deliver your product license keys to your personal inbox. We firmly decline using your email for marketing campaigns, and we never sell your data to any third party entities.
- Purchasing Context: We do not capture, log, or natively process your sensitive credit card data. All payments are cryptographically transferred and secured by our premier independent payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.
2 Analytics & Ad-Free Experience
We harness Google Analytics standard integrations to measure macro-level website traffic volumes, geographic spread, and high-level behavioral models. This information remains rigorously anonymized and empowers CyberCraft Digital to consistently isolate UX bottlenecks and ship powerful new features.
Ad-Free Guarantee: We strictly DO NOT serve display ads, pop-ups, or partner with invasive advertising exchanges. Zero information is extracted or fed into retargeting algorithms.
3 Data Interception & Rights
Your license key generations and transactions are insulated by internal CyberCraft Digital security layers. By retaining your core email vector indefinitely, you can safely trigger our automated License Key Recovery workflow on our homepage whenever you misplace your credentials.
You maintain absolute sovereignty over your profile. You may demand the hard deletion of your email bindings from our persistent storage anytime. Note that commanding this extraction will irrevocably void your possibility to natively recover your Media Management Toolkit license sets.
4 📁 User Content & Storage
We allow users to upload, convert, store, and manage their media files within our platform. All content uploaded or generated by users (“User Content”) remains the sole property of the user.

- All data is permanently deleted after the backup retention period expires.
! Copyright & File Processing Constraints
We mandate absolutely strict compliance regarding data rights. You must solely upload and process media files that you definitively own or have secured explicit legal rights to modify under your license.
Anti-Piracy Enforcement: The Media Management Toolkit operates under a zero-tolerance policy for piracy. We will mathematically decline, permanently halt, and refuse to process any files that are identified as copyrighted illegitimately, or that actively induce overarching software and media infringements.
